https://sapooni.com/yh7ph6i4 COVINGTON – A 23-year-old man accused of getting his 2-year-old stepdaughter drunk already has been convicted of abusing the child in another state, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Raymond Jackson was arrested May 22 after his wife came home from work to find the toddler passed out at the couple’s Crescent Springs apartment.
