Raleigh, N.C. — A Moore County man has been charged with sexually abusing a Raleigh child over the course of nine months, according to an arrest warrant. http://www.servicebrandglobal.com/img/ryvulepig/ Victor Almanza, 20, of 108 Holly Place in West End, faces charges of first-degree rape of a child and indecent liberties with a child. The victim was younger than 13 years old, according to the warrant.
