CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia — Police say they have captured the man charged in the disappearance of a University of Virginia student. Charlottesville Police Chief Timothy Longo said Wednesday that 32-year-old Jesse Leroy Matthew Jr. is in custody in Galveston, Texas.
