LITTLE ROCK — A Conway man was arrested Sunday night on accusations he physically abused his two-year-old nephew, causing injuries that required hospitalization. https://hazenfoundation.org/26d444f Willie Lockett Jr., 21, is charged with first-degree battery in the assault, which reportedly caused substantial bruising to the boy’s face, arms, legs and buttocks. Authorities were called about 9:30 p.m. to 1290 East German Lane, but Lockett was gone when they arrived, Conway Police Department Officer Chris Harris said. He was located and arrested in a nearby neighborhood after police set up a perimeter in the area.
