Man Arrested for Death of 2-Yr Old Toddler

Lyon County Sheriff’s Officials are looking into the death of a two-year old Silver Springs boy. They say on November 23rd, they responded to an emergency call for a two-year-old that wasn’t breathing. The child had several injuries and was taken to Carson Tahoe Hospital. He was later transported to Renown Medical Center by Care Flight, but died shortly after. 22-year-old Cody Wallace was arrested for the boy’s death. Deputies are calling this a child abuse/homicide, but are still investigating.

Are you serious? It was an accident! Cody would never ever harm a child! The child had fallen off a chair and had fallen asleep, he had a cuncusion obviuosley. My children fall down during play and accidents happen all the time, this is completely out of hand and very wrong to do to a family after losing a baby! How could you even assume he did anything to a child, I swear the law these days, always have to blame someone for an accident instead of letting a family cope and morn over this loss. My son fell at 6 flags and hit his chin on the steps on a ride, so your sayin if he passed away I woulda been charged for the death of my son! Idiots!!
