Man Allegedly Raped 4 Children
LEOMINSTER — A Fitchburg man is facing charges he sexually assaulted four children, ages 3 to 10, in Leominster between July 2009 and February of this year. Leominster District Court Judge Mark Noonan ordered Luis Rodriguez, 43, held on $50,000 cash bail at a bail-review hearing Wednesday. Rodriguez, formerly of Leominster, was arrested Tuesday after a two-week investigation, according to Lt. Michael Goldman. He is charged with eight counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, and one count of rape of a child with force.
