Man Allegedly Raped 3-yr old Child

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A 55-year-old man on Thursday was facing charges of sexually abusing a toddler while a friend was babysitting and investigators believe there are more victims. David McGovern was charged with sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl 10TV’s Andy Hirsch reported.”He’s just a sick, sick man,” said the woman who was babysitting, whom 10TV News is not identifying to protect the children’s identities.
