Kentucky State Police arrested a Bath County man and charge him with child abuse Wednesday night. Police say workers at the Saint Claire Medical Center in Morehead called after Bath County EMS brought a 3-month-old child to the emergency room around 8:30 p.m. Staff thought the child’s injuries were suspicious.
