Tyler Savage Accused Of Raping, Murdering Developmentally Disabled=

Tacoma, WA – Tyler Savage, 18, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Monday night after leading police to the body of 16-year-old Kimmie Daley – a developmentally disabled teen who functioned at the level of a 9-year-old. Daley was reported missing on August 17 after she failed to show up at a friends house two blocks away from her own.
