Man Accused Of Raping 4-Yr-Old Girl

The two St. Paul moms often traded off baby-sitting each other’s children. But the favor turned tragic for a 4-year-old girl who told her mother the other woman’s boyfriend had raped her. Fahid Nazir, 29, of Columbia Heights was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct in the Sept. 14 incident. Based on a criminal complaint filed Monday and made public Tuesday in Ramsey County District Court, the child’s mother notified police after the girl returned to her own apartment, where her mother had been making lunch.

    Don’t understand these creeps!…Mothers don’t be so trusting when it comes to the personal safety of your kids. I must admit, I was very naive about the many cases of children being victimized by entrusted adults.
