Serial child molester to be freed after judges decides defense lawyer was incompetent
NEW YORK—A sexual predator convicted of molesting four little boys is going free because a judge decided his defense lawyer was incompetent.
The judge overturned Joseph Iadipaoli‘s 2007 conviction Tuesday on the grounds his public defender failed to introduce evidence that raised questions about the victims’ credibility.
By the time you finish reading this, 15 children will have been abused; In the next five minutes, 30 more; Within the next hour, 360 more; And by tonight, close to 8,000+ children will have suffered from abuse, 5 of which will die.
