A judge ruled he can be rehabilitated
MI – A Brighton father jailed after being convicted of abusing his then-11-week-old daughter will not lose his parental rights to his daughter, a judge ruled today. Judge Miriam Cavanaugh told Joshua Quincy Burns that he made a terrible mistake, but he has the capacity to be rehabilitated and he should be given the opportunity to prove that to the court and to his daughter, Naomi.
