New Delaware laws increase regulations on sex abuse
Nine-bill package passed in response to Bradley
DOVER — Gov. Jack Markell on Wednesday signed into law a nine-bill package crafted as the state’s response to the case of accused pedophile Dr. Earl B. Bradley — and repeated failures to halt what prosecutors say was a 15-year string of abuse.
