HIV Positive Man Raped Teen

CLEVELAND – A Cleveland man, who is HIV positive, has been accused of raping a teenage boy that he met at the Cleveland Christian Home for Children. Officials said the suspect, 34-year-old Ronnie Sagere, was working with troubled youth at the home while the victim was staying there in 2007. The victim was discharged back to his parents that same year and lost touch with Sagere. Prosecutors said, a few months ago, the two became friends on Facebook.

    Read this story and this shouldn’t have happened to this boy. After all, the suspect worked in a home for children.
