Hancock County Grandpa Indicted in Baby’s Death

The grandfather of an infant found dead earlier this year has been indicted in connection with the baby’s death.

Kenneth Burchett owned the Chester home where 4-month-old Brandon Burchett lived with his parents, a home the sheriff previously called deplorable.

Burchett and the baby’s parents — Kristopher Burchett and Amanda Goodman — were all indicted on a charge of child neglect resulting in death.
