Guam – The Marshals Division of the Guam Judiciary has issued a wanted notice for Ryan J. Alcantra. The 32 year old Alcantra stands 5-feet 7-inches and weighs 189 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. His last known residence was in the village of Mangilao. Alcantra is wanted for Violating the Conditions of Probation on initial charges of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Child Abuse. READ MORE HERE
