Former Police Officer Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A former teacher and Albemarle police officer has pleaded guilty to a pair of child porn charges. Officers arrested Charles Farrell Long, 47, last April after spending months investigating a sexual abuse complaint. Arrest warrants claim Long molested two victims between 1992 and 1997 – the same time Long was working with international exchange students. While Long initially denied any wrong doing, court filing says he admitted to providing pornographic magazines and lubricant to a pair of minors and was present while they masturbated. READ MORE HERE
