Authorities in Bullitt County have been investigating the case for weeks. They said the 2-year-old boy was beaten so badly that his skull was fractured. “We mostly look for the outward signs, which are the bruising, any marks that shouldn’t appear on the child,” said Lettisha Coleman, of Today’s Kids Daycare.
