CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio – A former police chief in Clinton County was sentenced to life with parole for the rape of a child. According to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Larry Casey will be eligible for parole after 25 years. A jury convicted Casey, 48, on charges of rape of a child under 13, sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and failure to register as a sex offender. READ MORE HERE
