A 30-year-old Florida man was arrested last Thursday in connection to alleged child rape offenses that occurred while he was stationed as an airman at Dover Air Force Base, authorities said. Jesus Munoz, currently active enlisted at Patrick Air Force Base in Melbourne, Fla. according to papers, was charged with two first-degree rape counts, 52 charges of first-degree unlawful sexual contact, second-degree assault and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
