Dentist Allegedly Assaulted, Punched 4-YO Victim In Mouth
TALLAHASSEE —The Florida Department of Health’s State Surgeon General, Dr. John Armstrong, on Friday issued an Emergency Suspension Order (ESO) for Thomas P. Floyd, DMD, with the assistance and partnership of the West Palm Beach Police Department. The Florida Department said today that this will halt his ability to practice coinciding with his arrest pending charges of child abuse. Dr. Floyd was arrested this morning after an arrest warrant was obtained through the West Palm Beach Police Department. Dr. Floyd has been charged with one count of child abuse stemming from a 2010 incident involving a four-year old patient. READ MORE HERE
