FBI: Man Had 19,100 Child Porn Images and 1,060 Videos

The District Court this morning ordered Stephen John Foster serve at least 18 months of that sentence before being eligible for parole. Foster, 63, of Ethelton, pleaded guilty to aggravated dissemination and possession of child pornography.
