Oklahoma City police have arrested a man on complaints of murder and child abuse in the death of his 5-year-old daughter, Serenity Deal. Sean Devon Brooks, 31, of Oklahoma City, was being held without bail Monday in the
Oklahoma County jail, officials said. He has not been charged.
