FATHER ACCUSED OF KILLING WIFE, 3 KIDS BEFORE FIRE
PORT LAVACA, Texas — Flames tore through a sheet-metal shed behind a Port Lavaca game room Monday, but now authorities say the four victims were stabbed before the fire broke out.
