Ex-foster father gets life in prison for sexually abusing and raping five children under the age of 13
An Akron, Ohio, ex-foster father who sexually abused five boys he was supposed to care for was sentenced to life in prison today. Roger Ball, 65, was convicted of one count of rape, one count of sexual battery and five counts of gross sexual imposition in May.
