An investigation into Duane Charles Parker, of Lafayette, Louisiana, found that he sent sexual messages to preteens who were all schoolmates and sent a video of himself masturbating while saying what he wanted to do to a seventh-grade girl, investigators revealed yesterday. Parker’s arrest last month also led to him being charged with aggravated sexual assault against a child relative, who was still living with Parker when he was captured.
