Dying Killer Denies Child Murder

Forty-five years after schoolgirl Linda Stilwell disappeared from a Melbourne beach, dying killer, Derek Percy, has reportedly denied killing the seven year old. Percy, who is Victoria’s longest serving prisoner, is dying of cancer in a secure ward of St Vincent’s Hospital. He is understood to have denied any involvement in Linda’s death during an emergency bedside hearing of the Coroner’s Court, Fairfax reports. Percy, 64, has previously said he could not remember if he killed the seven-year-old, who disappeared from the St Kilda foreshore in 1968. READ MORE HERE
