Dominick Calhoun’s killer COMPETENT to stand trail
Flint — The 24-year-old man accused of torturing and beating 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun to death was found competent to stand trial.

Hayes is facing life in prison since he has been charged with nine felony counts, including torture, child abuse, murder and drug charges. He remains lodged in the Genesee County Jail.
