KANSAS CITY, Mo.—A local child advocate hopes someone can identify the person shown in a Youtube video punching a child. The incident is believed to have happened in Kansas City about three weeks ago. FOX 4 was contacted by Sister Berta Sailer who runs Operation Breakthrough in Kansas City. She’s desperate to identify the woman and child in the video since there’s reason to believe it happened near the organization’s child care center. The video’s most disturbing moment occurs in the opening frame when a woman knocks a girl down to the floor.
