DNA evidence links inmate to 2006 rape of 12-yr old

Four years ago, a Pasadena man posing as a police officer snatched a 12-year-old girl from her southeast Houston townhome porch and spent the next several hours raping her before dropping her off 10 miles from home, police say. The crime remained unsolved until recently, authorities said, when DNA testing linked Kenneth Ray Pool with the 2006 attack.
