Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking local residents of Westmont to search their yards and trash cans after two children — about 5 and 9 years old — found dismembered remains, of a 1 to 3-day old infant, in their backyard Sunday morning. “The children’s mother said they were playing before church when they found the baby’s leg.
