DEL–‘Appropriate actions’ not taken in pedophile case

When a Superior Court judge would not let state police search Dr. Earl B. Bradley’s office in December 2008, he told investigators he would sign a warrant for the pediatrician’s arrest, but prosecutors decided they didn’t have enough evidence to prove he was conducting inappropriate vaginal exams, according to an independent report released today.
The judge, who was not identified, told a state trooper “he would sign a criminal arrest warrant” when he denied the search warrant application, the report said.
