Mother, daughter indicted in death of newborn
A Wythe County mother and daughter have been indicted by a grand jury in the death of the daughter’s newborn baby girl. Twila Jean Meadows, 60, is charged with felony counts of child endangerment and concealing a dead body, while her daughter, Ashley April Meadows, 21, is charged with one count of felony child endangerment.
