JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville police arrested an employee of a child care center Monday on child abuse charges, but there was not enough evidence to prove the allegations, the Department of Children and Families said.Chicquita Hampton no longer works at the Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center in Oceanway.
