Daycare Owner Charged In Child Abuse Case

PALM COAST, Fla. — Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a local day care operator on Saturday on child abuse charges.Christina Cinelli-McFall was arrested after detectives said they discovered a 1-year-old child was either hit or shaken at her day care, Chrissy’s Cottage in Palm Coast.

This woman has still NOT been convicted! She has not even gone to trial!!!! what is wrong with the flagler county courts??
