Day care shut down after a little boy ‘was duct taped, hung by his ankles and forced to sit in soiled clothes’
A day care center in northeastern Pennsylvania has been shut down after official say children were duct taped and abused and punishment. According to the Department of Public Welfare, two employees at Just 4 Kids Day Care and Learning Center in Hamlin held a child upside-down by his ankles to stop him from biting staff and made the boy walk around in underwear to punish him for soiling his pants. Officials say the boy’s hands and feet were duct-taped to keep him still. The owner of the business, Doreen Tomasetti, 42, has appealed the closing of her day care center. READ MORE HERE
