Craigslist sting: Men with Skittles, condoms accused of child-sex attempts

Fifteen men from Orlando, Lake Mary, Maitland, Orange City, St. Cloud, Kissimmee and elsewhere in Florida were accused of trying to have sex with girls.

When they saw ads on Craigslist looking for “guidance’ for their daughters, men from around the state responded with offers of help. And after exchanging emails, instant messages and telephone calls with people they thought were the moms and dads of the young girls, and in some cases the children themselves, they flocked to Polk County.
