According to Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober, Capital Murder and Permitting Abuse to a Minor charges were listed as the initial charges filed against the mother and step-father of a local 2 year old infant, who died Monday morning. Victoria Pedraza and Daniel Pedraza of Old HWY 13 were arrested at Stephenson-Dearman funeral home, after the family visitation, on felony arrest warrants last night, for the death of their child, Aubriana D.
