BROCKTON, Massachusetts —A Brockton couple pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a child in Brockton Superior Court Monday afternoon. The couple, David and Kathy Oaks, faced 38 charges between them of child rape and sexual abuse, according to police. The charges stemmed from activity that police said happened between 2000 and 2008.
