https://www.ordovicianatlas.org/jt0w3kfudhv HALEYVILLE, Alabama — Dan Busby Jr. and his wife, Kristy Ann Busby, already charged with rape and sodomy of a 12-year old girl in Franklin County, now face similar charges in Colbert County, the TimesDaily newspaper reports. Dan Busby, 58, of Haleyville, was charged Friday with first-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and sexual abuse of a child under 10, while Kristy Ann Busby, 34, was charged with first-degree rape, for having admitted knowing her husband was having a sexual relationship with a 9-year-old girl.
