Dan Busby, 58, of Haleyville, was charged Friday with first-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and sexual abuse of a child under 10, while Kristy Ann Busby, 34, was charged with first-degree rape, for having admitted knowing her husband was having a sexual relationship with a 9-year-old girl.
