An Indiana couple is facing murder and neglect charges following the death of their 1-year-old daughter. Jessica, 32, and Matthew Wagoner, 31, were arrested Friday and charged on Monday with murder and neglect of a dependent resulting in death in connection with the death of their daughter, Zoey. One day before their arrests, authorities were called to the home where the couple lived about an unconscious child.
