Couple Charged With Incest, Rape, Sexual Abuse of Child

Caseman, 55 of Garrison and Maria A. Caseman, 51, of Garrison were arrested about 2:44 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 by Kentucky State Police, assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department. According to State Police, Phillip Caseman is charged with six counts of Sexual Abuse of a victim under the age of 12, four counts of Rape of a victim under the age of 12, three counts Sexual Abuse, one count of Incest, one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence and one count of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
