A Fayetteville couple was charged Friday with felony child abuse of a 2-year-old girl, with one of the accused charged with the 1998 death and sexual assault of another child almost the exact same age as this victim. Jimmy Tyron Baldwin, 48, was with the victim on June 11 before returning her to her biological mother, authorities said. The victim’s mother took the child to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center because she was “not acting right,” police said. READ MORE HERE
