CONVICTED RAPIST AND ATTEMPTED MURDER SUSPECT KEVIN BRIGGS WANTED FOR ESCAPE

Biggs was convicted of raping a 14 year old girl, but was still allowed to enroll in Montana State University. He was detained after a sexual assault on campus, but walked out of the Law & Justice Center while still wearing handcuffs and leg shackles.
