Convicted Child Rapist ESCAPES Prison

CONVICTED RAPIST AND ATTEMPTED MURDER SUSPECT KEVIN BRIGGS WANTED FOR ESCAPE

14-80Accused rapist and attempted murder suspect Kevin Briggs escaped from the Justice Center in Bozeman, Montana last weekend and is believed to be in Seattle where he planned on staying in homeless shelters. Biggs was convicted of raping a 14 year old girl, but was still allowed to enroll in Montana State University. He was detained after a sexual assault on campus, but walked out of the Law & Justice Center while still wearing handcuffs and leg shackles.

Police say he should be considered ‘armed and dangerous’. Briggs is 28 years old, 5’5?, medium build, wearing a black or gray hooded coat with semi-white stripes, green pants, black shoes, ball cap, aviator sunglasses. Detectives say he uses the fake names, ‘Amiee Macintire’ and ‘James Zenon Meismer’.
