Children Found Bound & Blindfolded In Walmart, Vehicle
LAWRENCE, Kansas – Police say two children from suburban Chicago who were found bound and blindfolded outside a Kansas Walmart are in temporary protective custody. Lawrence police spokesman Trent McKinley says the presumed parents of the children have been arrested on suspicion of child abuse and endangerment and will appear in court Thursday. READ MORE HERE
