Kelton Tyson was arrested at an apartment complex in the 9200 block of Pagewood in west Houston. Tyson is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child. He is accused of raping a 16-year-old boy several times between October 2009 and 2010 when they lived at the same apartment complex.
