Child Murderer Sentenced to 18-Years In Prison
A Pratt man was sentenced Monday to 18 years in prison for murder in the second-degree and abuse of a child, according to a news release from Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt. Joseph D. Sponaugle, 29, was sentenced in Pratt County District Court to serve 220 months by Judge Francis Meisenheimer. Sponaugle was convicted in January of one count of second-degree murder, one count of abuse of a child and one count of endangering a child. READ MORE HERE
