CHRISTOPHER DEININGER is wanted with Failure to Comply with a Court Order. Between 1997 and 2000 DEININGER was employed as a babysitter and committed multiple sexual assaults on several female children from one to eight years old. DEININGER plead guilty and was sentenced to probation for 12 years. After four years of his sentence, DEININGER left the facility he was court ordered to reside at and fled. DEININGER is an United States citizen. DEININGER is believed to have fled the United States for an international destination.

ROY, Utah — Relatives got a hint something was amiss with a Utah family killed in a murder-suicide when the couple and two young children failed to show up for a planned Father’s Day visit. Police say 29-year-old Russell Smith shot and killed his wife and two young children before turning the gun on himself Sunday at their home in Roy, about 30 miles north of Salt Lake City. A relative discovered Smith’s body, along with those of his wife, 26-year-old Shawna Smith, and their children, 6-year-old Tylee and 2-year-old Blake, that night.

Mississippi – On June 9, at 2:39 a.m. a 911 came in about a house on fire on Hwy. 370, near Brice’s Cross Road. The first Lee County Sheriff Department’s deputy arrived at 2:46 a.m. with the fire department close behind. But that proved too late for 7-year-old Savannah Floyd, who was officially pronounced dead at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital June 14. “The fire was at 500-600 degrees and that was going on the entire time this child was in there,” said Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson.

LEBANON — Authorities turned to the public for help in catching a man accused of sexually abusing a child before he escapes to Mexico. Felipe Sanchez, 31, was indicted on May 15 on two counts of gross sexual imposition involving a child under 10, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Authorities in Warren County turned to the public Friday after a learning Sanchez could have headed back to his home in Mexico, according to a press release.

Washington – When police arrived at Danny Zimmerman’s SeaTac home, they expected to find child rape photos the sex offender had collected online. The doll was a surprise. In charges filed Thursday, King County prosecutors claim Zimmerman had been brazenly sharing child pornography on Twitter for months. Zimmerman, a 43-year-old previously convicted of child molestation, is alleged to have drawn seven complaints to a national clearinghouse for information about child porn distributors.

A New Jersey man brought a courtroom to tears as he confessed to murdering his former Boy Scout troop leader. Clark Fredericks admitted to breaking into the home of Dennis Pegg, 68, on June 12, 2012, and stabbing the man over 20 times. Fredericks, whose confession was part of a plea deal with the prosecution, claims that Pegg raped him for years when he was a child.

NORMANDY PARK, Washington — Police arrested a child care provider accused of raping a 5-year-old girl after the victim’s father allegedly walked in on the abuse. A father walked into a classroom at his daughter’s day care center on June 5 and found a 31-year-old male teacher and his daughter crouched behind a bookshelf. The teacher allegedly told the father he was having a “tickle fight” with the girl. After the father and daughter left, the girl allegedly told her dad the teacher touched her inappropriately.

MINNEAPOLIS – A 17-year-old Minneapolis boy is charged with second-degree murder in what prosecutors are describing as the extremely violent murder of his girlfriend’s toddler. The teen was charged in a juvenile petition Monday in the beating death of the 2-year-old girl, who died from complications of internal injuries June 10. KARE 11 is not naming the defendant because he has not been certified to be tried as an adult, although that is expected to happen. In Hennepin County it is presumed that suspects who are 16 or 17 years old will be prosecuted in the adult system unless there is an overriding reason to keep the matter in juvenile court.

YORK TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN – An Indian River woman remains hospitalized after a vicious attack left her son and his half-brother dead and three others injured in York Township on Saturday. Vicki Moore, 31, received severe injuries when she and four others were stabbed during a home invasion at about 6 a.m. June 13 in the 9800 block of Crane Road, her uncle Bryce Moore said Sunday. Bryce Moore said the whole family is devastated by the attack, in which Vicki Moore’s son, Timber Brown, 12, and his half-brother Jon Brown, 26, were killed.

PENNSYLVANIA – Hampden Township Police are on the lookout for a man who is suspected of abusing an 11-month-old child, according to a news release. Andrew S. Rivera, 22, is sought after an 11-month-old girl was admitted to the Harrisburg Hospital emergency room with injuries consistent with abuse, police said. Rivera is an acquaintance of the child’s mother.
