Four Los Fresnos teenagers are facing criminal charges after they allegedly sodomized another teen with a cell phone and videotaped the whole thing. Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio spoke to Action 4 News about the ongoing investigation. Sheriff Lucio said the incident happened on Monday between a group of teens who were all friends and playing a game at home named “pants.” The sheriff reports that four teens between 13 and 14 years old grabbed the 15-year-old victim and forced a cell phone into his anus. Lucio said the teens videotaped the whole incident.

Henrietta, N.Y. – Kevin Minemier, 18, of Henrietta, is accused of stabbing, Nicole Bean, 17, at Wegmans Tuesday night. It happened inside the store, in the frozen foods section. Minemier and Bean were boyfriend and girlfriend, according to Monroe County Sheriff’s Department. Minemier was arraigned at 1:26 a.m. Wednesday in Henrietta. Minemier faces two counts of assault and one count of attempted murder. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 31.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A West Side teen is accused of raping a 10-year-old boy at the Hilltop Branch Library Tuesday. Michael Hill, 19, has been charged with gross sexual imposition, kidnapping and rape in connection with a 10-year-old boy, according to court records. The alleged molestation happened at about 5 p.m. Tuesday in a restroom at the Hilltop Branch Library, 511 S. Hague Ave., according to Columbus police. The boy was at the library with his older sister.

TEMECULA — A 9-year-old girl is dead and her two siblings hospitalized after their mother lost control of the family SUV. It happened around 3 p.m. at Redhawk and Vail Ranch parkways, said Lt. Ron Heim of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The SUV struck a tree, slammed into a light pole and overturned, authorities said. Coroner’s officials identified the dead girl as Chloe Honeycutt of Temecula.

NEW YORK — An adjunct professor who teaches at several city-area colleges was arrested and charged Wednesday for sending photos of his genitals to an undercover police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl. According to prosecutors, Igor Sorkin, 31, was busted in Queens Tuesday shortly after arriving at an arranged meeting location where he thought he was going to engage in sexual activity with the girl.

Jemison, AL —- A Chilton County E-911 dispatcher must have thought he hit the jackpot when he allegedly made a date to have sex with what he thought to be two girls, ages 11 and 14. He was sadly mistaken. When he showed up at the prearranged meeting place in Shelby County, only Homeland Security officers were eagerly awaiting his arrival.

After a several month long investigation police in the state of Oregon have accused a 21-year-old man of using both MySpace and Facebook to send sexually explicit messages to three young children, including one who is just 6.

Andrew Wally, 26, a science teacher and golf coach began the relationship with the student last summer when he was tutoring her. He admitted to having sex with her at least ten (10) times and giving her alcohol twice. Being such a stand-up guy, Wally, who goes by Andy, gave the girl a promise ring. He told police that he “connected in a way that he had never connected with another person before.”

A Wildwood man told police the reason he beat an 18-month-old girl so hard that her heart was bruised was because he had been thinking about his life and it hurt him. Michael Devante Williams, 18, also told Gainesville Police Department investigators that he attacked his girlfriend’s daughter in the middle of the night earlier this month because he “wanted someone else to hurt as much as I hurt,” according to a GPD report.

An 18-year-old Butler man faces a felony charge after a state conservation officer broke up an alleged attempt to rape an 11-year-old girl. The incident took place Monday in the 3300 block of DeKalb County Road 63, according to Detective Adam D. Friedel of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department. Conservation Officer Patrick Heidenreich was on patrol when he saw a parked vehicle near the Tri State Motorcycle Club and decided to investigate.

WHITTIER, CA– A registered sex offender has been sentenced to nearly 700 years in prison for molesting an 11-year-old relative over a two year period. Michael Benjamin Burch, 66, was convicted on Dec. 21 of three counts each of forcible rape, oral copulation of a person under 14 and lewd act upon a child. On Tuesday, a judge imposed the maximum sentence of 675 years to life in state prison.

MICHIGAN–A $1-million bond was set today for a stepmother accused of killing her 2-year-old stepdaughter in New Haven. Renee Marie King, 28, was ordered held in the Macomb County Jail after a hearing, which was to be a preliminary exam, in 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore. The preliminary exam was rescheduled for Feb. 7. King was being held without bond before today, according to the court.
