The child was found naked and screaming for help Monday afternoon. A homeowner, who did not want to be identified, told WPBF 25 News his security camera recorded a suspicious man riding a bike around the time of the attack. Detectives are reviewing the video and police say they’ll release it to the media if they deem it’s the suspect or relevant to the case.

WARREN, Ohio – A Warren man, who admitted that he sexually abused a child, is going to prison. Jesse Young, 40, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of child rape on Wednesday. Young has been in the Trumbull County jail since May after walking into the Warren Police Department and confessing that the sexual abuse took place between 2008 and 2013.

RENO, Nevada – A child rape suspect wanted in Nevada may be living in the Lancaster area according to investigators. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in northern Nevada, has a warrant for the arrest of 45 year old Lee Thomas Pottle. Charges against Pottle include Sexual Assault of a Child and Statutory Sexual Seduction. The alleged attack happen in July 2014. Pottle is described as a while male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 181 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police in Oklahoma have arrested a man in the 1997 abduction of an 8-year-old girl after DNA linked him to her disappearance. Anthony Palma, 56, of Midwest City, was arrested late Monday at his home. He faces charges of kidnapping and first-degree murder of second-grader Kirsten Hatfield. Palma lived two doors down from Hatfield and her family when the girl was taken from her room on the night of May 13, 1997. She has never been found and investigators believe she was murdered by her abductor.

TEXAS – A Houston mother and her boyfriend face four counts each of child-endangerment charges following the death of a 19-month-old who was found burned to death inside an oven. The child and her siblings had been left home alone. Racqual Thompson, 25, and Cornell Malone, 21, remain in custody, with their bonds totaling $36,000, after their arrests Tuesday.

We tend to think of bullying as something that happens in the school yard amongst kids who are being mean and abusive to one another. However, over the many years of my practice I have come across cases in which the client presented with the problem and complaint that they felt picked on and excluded from their family of origin. They were distressed, anxious and depressed over this problem despite the fact that they had their own families with husbands or wives, children, careers and friends. Yet, they were experiencing life as though they were children living in their parental home.

SARASOTA, Florida — Deputies say a 270 lb. Sarasota father played a video game and at the same time used his body weight to smother his 6-year-old son. Sarasota County Sheriff’s Deputies say the dead boy’s 7-year-old sibling watched the horrific Christmas Eve incident unfold. The sibling reported seeing the father, James “Rick” Dearman, 31, smother the boy on the couch, as Dearman played a video game with his live-in girlfriend.

An Arkansas man is accused of raping two young girls at an in-home day care, a police report with the Little Rock Police Department stated. Ronald Thrower, 45, was arrested on December 18 for two counts of rape on a four and five-year-old girl. One of the girls disclosed that while she was in the day care, Thrower allegedly pulled his pants down and made her perform a sex act on him, the arrest report stated. After further investigation, police noted that a five-year-old victim reported a similar encounter with Thrower.

Pennsylvania prosecutors said on Wednesday that comedian Bill Cosby has been charged with sexual assault in connection with an incident in 2004. An arrest warrant has been issued for the comedian for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his Philadelphia-area mansion in January 2004. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said at a press conference that new information came to light this year in the case.

Mark Salling, best known for his portrayal of Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the hit show “Glee,” has reportedly been arrested for possession of child pornography after the LAPD searched his home early Tuesday morning. The LAPD confirmed that the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit served a search warrant at an address listed under the actor’s name in Sunland, California, after Crime Watch Daily broke the news. Authorities arrived at the home around 7 a.m. local time.

A 75-year-old man used a “friendly, grandfather-like” act to get close to the child he is accused of raping this summer, State Police said. Now, he is on the state’s Most Wanted list after fleeing the child rape charges. State Police said John F. Munroe cut off his GPS monitoring device, which he was ordered to wear while awaiting trial, on or around Oct. 23. His car was later located in Hull, but authorities have not seen him since.

LOWELL, Massachusetts —A married couple of pastors from a northeast Massachusetts church have both been convicted in connection with the decade-long rape and abuse of a child. The Boston Globe reports 35-year-old Oscar Sanchez was found guilty Tuesday of child rape, indecent assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child in Lowell Superior Court.

MORE than half a million pictures and videos depicting the abuse of innocent children were found in a South West man’s home. Pedophile Stephen McGill was jailed for 8-years after being caught with the area’s largest ever stash of child rape and torture images. McGill was living in Southeast Cornwall when police went to his home in Callington on April 14. Truro Crown Court heard how the 60-year-old lifelong pedophile, who said he had battled with his “affliction” of being attracted to youngsters for decades, also had photographs he had taken of a young naked girl aged under 13.
